Baby Yoda Sculpture

Hello Darlings!!!

Have I mentioned that I'm a nerd? Well I am and so is my family. I am mainly a Marvel nerd but my sister is a huge Star Wars nerd. When The Mandalorian came out on Disney+, she had me watch it with her and BAM! Fell in love with Baby Yoda, aka Grogu. He is so cute and has been one of the best additions to the Star Wars universe! I was inspired to do a sculpture of him for my sister for her birthday and she now has it proudly on display in the home.

I want to do more sculptures in the future when I have more time and materials but I am very happy with this one and I'm happy my sister is so proud of it. One day I want to do Mando himself but I need a lot of time to get that done.

I also a made a mini Baby Yoda for friends who wanted one. My sister's hand is pretty small and she can hold it in her hand. Small but still super cute!

These sculptures were created with oven-baking clay, acrylic paints, and some of my sister's eyeshadow. Yes, eyeshadow. She had a pallet of green eyeshadows that she wasn't using and the acrylic wasn't blending like I wanted. I love having a sis who is into cosplay and has collected a lot of different pallets.
